A Health and Safety File, otherwise known as a ‘Safety File’ is a documented OHS Management system that contractors and sub-contractors need to produce when working on a construction site. It protects the employer and their clients from criminal liability and proves compliance to the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
